Shipping Policy

All EMA orders will be shipped within 5 Business Days of the completed order.  All orders are shipped by the US Postal Service.  The delivery time is based according to the US Postal Service schedules.  All US Postal Service package tracking numbers will be posted in the Virtual Office within 3 business days of shipment. 

Monthy Auto-Shipment Changes

Any changes to your monthly autoship must be done no later than 24 Hours before your scheduled order through your Virtual Office Log-in or with customer services at 877-362-2201 during regular business hours no later than 24 Business hours before your scheduled order.  When contacting customer service always have your ID# ready.
